Kailua Beach
This Oahu beach is recognizable for its year-round sunny climate, which provides excellent conditions for recreational activities, swimming, windsurfing and sunbathing. Kailua Beach is a world-class surfing destination, providing numerous vendors who provide surfing lesions and equipment rental.
Lanikai Beach
The waters of the Kanikai Beach are exceptionally blue and clear, providing excellent opportunities for swimming and snorkeling. Access is only available by public access walkways, respectively lining local resident’s property. There are no lifeguards on duty and no facilities.
Kalama Beach
Kalama Beach can be found on Kailua Bay between Lanikai and Kailua Beach Park. Although the beach consists of calm waters, there are plenty of waves which make this beach suitable for swimming, surfing and bodyboarding. Amenities include restroom facilities, showers, picnic areas and grassy sites. It should be noted that there are no lifeguards at this location.
